These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and any private-beta access provided by Simple Indian Development (“Simple Indian”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Service status
The service is under development and may be offered to selected business users as a private beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended or withdrawn as we develop the service.
Account access
Where account access is enabled, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials and one-time passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Your business information
You remain responsible for information you submit to the service and for having the authority to use it. If beta features later allow business data to be stored, the applicable product agreement and privacy notice will govern that processing.
Ownership
The Simple Indian name, website, interface, software and related materials belong to Simple Indian or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
Availability and warranties
The website and beta service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be error-free or suitable for a particular business purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simple Indian will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or beta service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse or conclude the beta. Provisions that should logically continue—such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—survive termination.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts having lawful jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the service develops; the effective date above identifies the current version.
